Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
These materials will help my students to create their interactive notebooks for focused notes. Interactive notebooks are an avenue for students to take their notes and adapt them into multiple different modalities. This will help my students to better understand and recall the material.
This help will also help us to be able to create an environment of critical thinking and experiential learning.
Hands-on activities give students a tangible way to engage with concepts that are otherwise hard to understand. By getting to use their whole body as part of the learning process students are able to work through the challenges they face within the material.
