My Students

I have an awesome group of students this year. For the most part, they have been fairly resilient when it comes to combating the whiles of COVID-19. In general, they love to learn, and they are hard workers. However, they are still faced with challenges, regularly. It is not easy for them when they or their friends have to experience quarantine. This is still affecting them academically, emotionally, socially, etc.

My Project

My current students missed out on many hands on labs last year due to COVID restrictions. Labs are the funnest part about science classes! I would like to be able to provide them with an opportunity to experience science with a more hands on approach. There is always money to be spent in science classes, and we never have enough to be able to provide our students with as many lab materials as we would like, but this would definitely help to bring more hands on experiences to not only my current students, but also many students our school will have in the future.
