it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students receive special education services, so with real-world applications, I have the opportunity to make algebra come to life. This technology will provide vibrant opportunities to access communities beyond our low-income urban community. Our students utilize iPads, so the MacBook will be a perfect partner learning tool for me to help them explore algebra concepts connected to career paths in math, science, and computer science.
Although my students receive special education services, I see great potential with the right learning opportunities.
The MacBook has high-level applications to support high-level learning in creative ways, making Algebra more accessible for all the various learning styles and special needs of my students.
