My Students

We have the most inspirational students! They come from more than 75 countries and a multitude of different situations but they all strive for future success and love coming to school. Students who speak all different languages come together and form a community and display endless determination and grit. Students at my school have leaped over many hurdles to arrive where they are today, and they are just looking for a little boost from us to set them off on the right foot after high school and future success.

My goal is to make sure that all my students in physical education class have quality opportunities to learn about their own wellness and the pursuit of lifelong fitness and health.

My Project

The intention of my project is provide students with a 75" Smart Television in their new wellness classroom. This wellness space is available to the entire student body serving over fourteen hundred students. During the school day, Health and Physical Education classes access the space. The use of a large screen TV would provide numerous options for students including online classes and demonstrations. After school, many clubs and organizations could access this space. A Smart TV would create a safe and welcoming space for students to gather and share a movie night, watch game film, live feeds and Zoom meetings.
