This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from a Title I school, and no matter how difficult life is for them, they come eager to discover something new. I am the school librarian for my campus and it is my duty to give students different ways to learn information. I love what I do and want to continue serving my community as best as I could. Our children are worth it. This donation will keep them active. Kids love music and I intend to make them move.

My Project

In the years I have been at my school, we have yet to put on a school play. We are always having sound difficulty and with this donation, I expect things to change. I can already see our school programs and events at a different level because of this.

We need powerful sound to have our students moving and grooving.

I am tired of hauling old hardware when we have school events. These speakers do everything huge speakers do without the amps and wires involved. We are huge advocates of the arts at my school and I look forward to anyone helping donate for this cause. Students will definitely enjoy their sound while they are acting, singing, or dancing on stage.
