My Project

My project is needed to supply my students with basic supplies and stem activities. I am a first-year teacher and as the school year is nearing its end I would love to be better prepared for teaching next school year. I've had lack of supplies or used my own money to provide daily supplies to my students. I'm looking forward to starting my second-year teaching with a bang!!

As a teacher to underprivileged students I understand their own family hardships.

And while I can't change their experiences at home, I can provide my students with engaging learning experiences and a safe atmosphere. I love building relationships with my students and knowing they feel comfortable coming to me when their day isn't going quite right. To better serve my students, academically and emotionally, certain supplies I lack daily are needed to make our days a little bit brighter.
