Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A classroom filled with students tends to run out of supplies pretty quick when students are motivated and participating in lessons. My classroom serves general education students. We use small group teaching and stations to help improve their academic progress.
The majority of our students are low income and these pencils, paper and markers are crucial to keep the class instruction flowing.
Creating anchor charts, personalized charts, posters and motivational signs are part of our daily instruction. Individualized work packets need to be printed as many of our students do not have consistent technology to complete all work online. Our students are growing academically everyday. With your help, our critically low supplies can be replenished without interruption. We appreciate any donation, no matter how large or small, to help us keep our class running effectively.
