My Project

I am a special education teacher working with NYC middle and high school students. My years of experience both as a parent as well as an educator have illuminated just how much stress and tension we hold in our bodies. My goal is to work with students to help them be in tuned to their bodies and to offer strategies in creating self-awareness to help address and minimize the every day internal conflict. Breath work, meditation and physical movement are proven methods to counter the effects of our continuous stimuli and to offer techniques to address improved personal, social and emotional well being. The training program is all virtual and will not require any travel related expenses.
