Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We want our classroom to feel like a safe, calm, welcoming place where students can relax and enjoy while they learn. When students walk in, it’s important they feel comfortable in their learning space.

A comforting classroom with a smell of fresh air can be extremely calming for students.

Essential oils can also motivate and help students be positive while learning new challenges.

Students enjoy learning in a variety of ways, including writing their spelling words or essays on different things other than paper. An Amazon scribe would give our students the ability to practice writing on a new technology!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
