Breakout EDU Kit and Platform Access for My Students
Help me give my students a new Breakout EDU Kit with Platform Access for games.
This project expired on April 8, 2019.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are amazing second, third, fourth, and fifth graders who are high achievers. They are at two different schools as I travel to each school throughout the week. They love to learn, especially when they get to do fun, hands-on activities!
The students I serve are part of the school's Academically Gifted program and/or part of our after-school STEM and Battle of Books clubs.
Both of my schools are Title I schools. We have students at each school who are part of the backpack program where they get bags of food over the weekend and over school breaks.
My goal is to provide my students with activities that will engage their minds, hearts, and hands!
My class absolutely loves being able to do Breakout EDU games. We would love to add an official kit to our collection along with the Platform Access so that we can play new games that are both digital and download the materials for physical copy games too! Our Platform Access ran out last month and we now cannot access the games we once had access to!
Having the official Breakout EDU kit will also give us the new reflection cards, a red lens viewer, and a new type of directional lock that we won't have to worry about getting stuck.
It also comes with the large and small boxes and the other needed locks for completing breakouts! My students are always asking to do new breakouts, and with access to even more games online I can allow them more opportunities to use their critical thinking skills to breakout!
