The students are especially excited to see colorful resources in Spanish displayed around the classroom because they can use them as references while reading, writing, and speaking.\r\n\r\nThe headphones have also made a big difference in our dual-language classroom. Students use them to listen carefully to lessons, stories, and vocabulary in both Spanish and English. They are also able to record themselves saying words and sentences, listen to their pronunciation, and practice again. This gives students an opportunity to hear themselves using both languages and helps them become more confident when speaking, especially students who may normally be shy about speaking Spanish in front of the class.\r\n\r\nWhat has been most exciting is seeing students become more independent and enthusiastic about using Spanish.
