Our art room is in desperate need of a new drying rack and new bottles of Elmer's glue. My students enjoy creating paintings, collages, and mixed media which needs a safe place to dry. In our art lessons we will be teaching tolerance and acceptance of others while being creative. Students will learn about being patient, taking turns, showing appreciation of others work, even when it is different from their own style. Students need to be able to know that their hard work on their self portrait collages will be able to dry without being damaged so that they can share and celebrate each others unique qualities. We look forward to having enough glue and a drying rack to hold our art work before it is ready to be displayed.
