Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our little learners are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging activities, and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! Although our school offers breakfast and lunch to our students many of them do not eat what is being offered. 3 year olds can be very picky eaters. We are introducing a unit on healthy eating and would like to be able to work with our students to make their own snacks and/or meals.

Not eating a healthy breakfast to fill their bellies or an afternoon snack that they enjoy often hinders their ability to focus and do their best in school.

Due to limited resources, our parents are often unable to send food with their children. Your donation will help us to provide these food items for our little ones and help to brighten their days!
