My Project

Remember when you would go to kindergarten in the morning and get to go home at lunchtime? The days of half-day kindergarten are over, and kindergartners now attend school all day. Kindergartners face the challenge of staying engaged and on-task during a long, full school day. It is very difficult to stay focused on learning when they have an empty stomach.

Healthy snacks such as crackers, fruit snacks, granola bars, and popcorn can provide many nutrients and minerals that a growing kindergartner needs between meals.

Healthy snacks will help my students' brains and bodies get the extra boost that they need in order to do their very best in our classroom.
