My second grade students are all unique in every way. Everyday is a new adventure in our class!! I have the quiet students who sit back and soak everything in, the not so quiet ones who make sure their voices are heard, and everyone else in between!! We love to help each other!! My students are creative and hardworking. Each day provides new challenges for them to work out either independently or in small groups. I am a lucky teacher!
My second graders love being challenged!! I want to encourage my students to experience various challenging activities using the Versa Tiles Kits, Rubix Cubes, Legos, ZOOB Builderz Kits, and Magformers.
Providing brain building activities will get my students engaged in STEM learning!
Education is always changing and as the focus of STEM and STEAM in the classroom increases, the types of activities and learning experiences students have access to must expand to keep up the pace and meet the required expectations.
STEM activities like the Magformers, Zoob Builderz Sets, Legos, and Versa Tiles kits will allow students to be actively engaged in creative exploration and imagination. These kits promote everything that STEM is all about. STEM activities allow students to explore, solve, experiment, challenge, design, and collaborate. Kids are curious and problem solvers by nature. It is with this in mind that I want to provide more challenging and creative resources for my students. By doing this, they will discover a fun new way to experience math, science, and social studies in a way they will remember forever.
The storage containers will be very useful in keeping our STEM materials organized and readily available to my students.
