My Project

Middle school students, like any other age group, benefit from brain breaks for several reasons. Here are some reasons why middle school students may need brain breaks:

Energy Release: Physical activity during brain breaks can help release excess energy, improve circulation, and contribute to overall well-being. This can be particularly important for adolescents who may have higher energy levels.

Stress Reduction: Middle school can be a challenging time for students as they navigate social, academic, and emotional changes. Brain breaks provide moments of relaxation, reducing stress and promoting mental well-being.
