My Students

My students enter the classroom every morning looking for a safe place where they can learn. What they find is a safe place where they not only learn, but are challenged to explore in new ways.

Offering unique learning opportunities is important because I teach in rural Appalachia where the majority of my students reside in homes with limited resources.

I strive to expose my students to experiences that their families may not be able to provide so that their education goes beyond the traditional. It is important for my students to know what is possible to achieve through education so that they can make their mark in the world.

My Project

My students LOVE alternate seating options. They get the option to choose where they seat to improve work productivity. The choice gives them the freedom to learn while incorporating movement. URBNfit yoga ball bases will keep their seats stationary while they can still bounce for movement.

Students need seating options for optimal learning.

By purchasing bases for yoga balls, it will help to keep their seat where they need it to complete work.

Every student deserves the opportunity to make the most of their learning. Yoga ball bases will help improve their options and choices of seating in the classroom.
