My Students

Every student in my room is appreciated and brings something special to our classroom. My students are a diverse creative group of learners. They love to learn and ask questions. As 3rd graders they are being to find their independence and what topics truly interest them. I spend my days developing the love of being a life long learner in my classroom.

We consider ourselves a family of leaders who each have a unique gift to bring to the class.

They love hands on learning and thinking outside the box. In our classroom we do project based learning and spend our days making real world connections to our learning.

My Project

My students must stay up to date on technology. We have new standards that require them to not only use technology, but know how it works. These bots will help them learn to code and better understand technology.

The Ozobots and Bee Bots will provide another way for my students to make more connections with technology they can use for the rest of their lives.

This year I am going to be add genius hour (similar to what Google does) and STEM bins to my room. Therefore, the Ozobots and Bee Bots will provide ways for my students with another center to explore another type of technology in a fun way.
