My Project

Over the last few years I have learned how to integrate coding robots into my lessons to not only increase engagement, but to also help my students develop valuable computational thinking skills. My students absolutely love using the robots! One challenge some of my students still struggle with is spatial awareness when using these robots. To help with this, I have been looking for ways to make our robotics activities even more hands on.

I am asking for Kinazium Construction Sets so my students can work together to design and create mazes filled with obstacles, towers, and objectives.

I believe that having my kids build these mazes will help develop their spatial cognition and enable them to be even more effective coders as they try to guide their robots through. I also love that with the ability to add walls preventing robots from running off the mat, we will be able to build on tables to increase workspace in our classroom. I am so excited to see what my students create with these kits!
