Help me give my students a set of bookshelves to display and better utilize our classroom library!

"Technology is nothing. What's important is that you have faith in people, that they're basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they'll do wonderful things with them."
-Steve Jobs
All of my students are English Language Learners. Some of them were born in the US, but their first language is not English. Most of them were born in another country and about 70% are ESOL Level I, which means they do NOT speak any English.
ESOL students are placed in classrooms where we use several ESOL strategies to help them acquire the English language. Some learn English really fast and exit the ESOL program in 3-5 years. Others take a little longer. Many of them are not able to get any help at home due to the fact that their parents do not speak English. Therefore, teachers need to be very creative and assign homework that the students are able to do on their own.
Regardless of their ESOL levels, my students take all grade-level classroom assessments and state assessments at the end of the school year.
My classroom is in need of new, sturdy bookcases that will stand the test of time. Currently I have a few inexpensive bookshelves that are falling apart and very unsafe for the students to use. Due to the shelves falling off, a lot of our classroom books are having to be stored in baskets and buckets. When the books are in baskets or buckets, they are hard for students to see. Especially this year, when students cannot touch the books, it makes it almost impossible for them to find a book to read.
Please help me provide a better library setup for my classroom so students can safely select a book from our classroom library with ease.
