Books to Help Practice for the First Grade Reading Debut

My Students
My class of first grade students are from a small, military-heavy area. Many of them move around quite often and can have a very hard time adjusting to new schools. I believe in making their time in the classroom as fun and memorable as I can while still giving them the education they deserve.
Each year, the first grade students participate in a special reading event to try to help them show off and celebrate their success as new readers.
My Project
Each year, the first grade puts on 6 reading debuts; two per class, half the class at a time. These reading debuts take a lot of time, effort and practice to put together. The reading debut is a time where the students sit in front of their parents and their classmates to showcase what they have learned to this point in the year. They are so proud of themselves and so are their parents. It is a time where every student gets to feel successful and special.
Right now we only have one set of books to split between three classes.
To get the time in that they need, another set of books would be an amazing help. We spend hours each week reading these books, practicing fluency, accuracy, and pacing. The students learn to read in different voices for different characters, how to pause for dramatic effect, and how to be more comfortable reading in front of people.
