Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
This project is one that is very dear to my heart! I am requesting a bunch of books having to do with Autism. My classroom is a class of 8 boys with autism who would benefit greatly from hearing stories that resemble them! I would also love to go to the general education classrooms and share some of these stories to help spread awareness about autism and everything that goes along with it. It would be so helpful to get this project funded so I could help this amazing community spread awareness, ESPECIALLY during Autism Awareness Month!
