This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students in my classroom enjoy reading books with silly characters that teach us valuable life lessons. The books I am requesting would ensure they have a variety of books to foster their early literacy skills.

I work primarily with kindergarten through 2nd graders that need a boost in their reading and phonemic skills.

The books and teacher tools I am requesting would highly benefit their academic growth while in my classroom.

My goal for this project if for them to have access to high quality literature in order for them to continue their love of reading!
