The books I am requesting will ensure my students can read and listen to characters who look like them because they will offer a diverse view. I plan on using these books during my small group instruction to introduce them to a variety of authors. I want my students to feel seen in stories and to know that they matter. By introducing early readers to these high quality literacy books, I am determined to help them fall in love with reading! I am excited to introduce my little scholars to these stories!
