My Project
We have fantastic students at our school. First grade will be using the Rooted in Reading program. This program provides a variety of activities to teach skills using highly rated literature.
The books being requested are those that will be needed to accompany our weekly lessons for the school year.
Each set of weekly activities for the Rooted in Reading program focus on a specific book. Students will increase reading and writing skills throughout the week as we complete a variety of activities related to each book. Students will not only be exposed to award winning literature, but they will also develop necessary skills to help them continue to be successful in school.
