My Project

My kindergarten class is in need of books to help explain big emotions and feelings. Since Covid-19 we are noticing that our younger students are having a harder time managing big feelings. Help me get the tools we need to help them learn in a positive way how to manage these emotions. My school is a title I school and everyone qualifies for free breakfast and lunch. We are a very rural public school district located in the western upper peninsula of Michigan. Our students come from all walks of life. I love that these materials will also relate to all of my students culturally. Help me bridge the gaps in the area of social-emotional skills that have been created due to Covid-19.
