My Students

I have 15 sweet and creative 2nd graders. The students that I teach are in a Title I school with all of our students receiving free lunch. My brilliant students try their best each and everyday and I feel so blessed to be their teacher.

My Project

I am working on building my classroom library with books that are meaningful to my students and I. Please help me get books that I will use to help celebrate black history month. I am requesting books that will help inspire discussions during the month of February. I have picked several books that are grade level appropriate, engaging and informational. Several of these books go along with second grade standards. Several of these books will offer representation to the students in my classroom. All of these books will inspire my students. Thank you for your support.
