My Students

Our students are creative and energetic learners who live in a small community with limited funding. They are highly motivated and enjoy opportunities to think outside the box. The community works hard to provide necessary resources for our students, but it is sometimes necessary to seek outside assistance to acquire materials that supplement our curriculum. We are always looking for ways to support our students' varied learning styles and needs. Community support in a small town is instrumental in helping to create a learning environment that fosters creativity and exploration!

My Project

This project is designed to bring a variety of books to our library. I want to add to the variety of what we have, and keep the collection as current as possible. Students need to have as many choices as possible, especially students who haven't quite been able to find a book that makes them love reading as much as I do! I believe that the more I can add to our options, the more likely they are to find something that really ignites their inner reader!

This project will allow students to find books that are relatable, engaging, and challenging!
