My Project

My students get very excited when I introduce new books to our classroom library. Their eyes light up. The goal for this project is to introduce more culturally diverse books to them. They should recognize themselves in the characters of books they read. It has been proven that students will read more if they can connect to the characters.

Research shows that reading every day strengthens the brain.

It also provides relaxation and reduces stress. Please consider donating so that my students can experience the world through books. Thank you!
