Books, Books, We Need Books to Read!

Help me give my students a books and bookshelf to learn to read.

My Project

I teach a diverse group of students that are learning to read and love learning! My students are motivated learners, full of energy, and enjoy coming to school to learn!

Over the break, our class lost many grade level books, and a wooden bookshelf due to a flood from a busted pipe.

My students can't get enough of reading and with your help we can replace the damaged books!

The books selected are very popular among my students, similar to the books lost during the flood, and will be put to great use. These books will replace the books we lost during the break when we a water piped busted and ruined many of our books. We will use this books to become proficient readers and gain a deeper understanding of what we are reading.

These books will put engaging reading materials into the hands of students learning to read and speak English for the first time.

Equally, these donations will help build comprehension and the students understanding of grade-appropriate text.
