My Students

My students are simply amazing. They are curious, creative, and eager for knowledge. They inspire me to be better every day. They are on a guided path to being lifelong learners. I'm honored to be a part of their journey.

Looking out into the classroom and seeing students from other parts of the world and some born right in our neighborhood make for a rich cultural experience.

The in-depth discussions are continuously fascinating for all of us. Our school is diverse; it makes teaching and being a part of the community a welcomed challenge every day. Thank you in advance for helping to better our classroom and advance our learning!

My Project

These books would be a important addition to our classroom library. They teach about kindness, diversity, and STEM topics. At our school we teach lessons about social skills, emotions, and kindness. These books would be a beneficial resource for those lessons.

Diverse books give insight to people and cultures.

I'd like to continue to fill the classroom library with a variety of stories and situation for the students to read. They always are eager to learn about the world.

I've also included books that have to do with science and STEM in general. My students are moving from learning to read to reading to learn. I'd like to have more options that interest their thirst for knowledge. Thank you!
