My Project

This school year I am switching to 2nd grade and I would love to offer my students a robust classroom lending library. The children in my Title 1 school sometimes say the only books they have access to are from school, so I am often sending books home and they don’t always return in usable condition. The children will have access to the library daily as a choice activity or when they finish their classwork early. I always remind my class that learning to read is a right, but learning to love books is a gift as special as they are. Thank you for considering donating to my class!
