My Project

My students are bright, hard-working, and a lot of fun! Hey have many challenges, but they smile and work through them with pride. They deserve all the support and help that I can give them.

Books and easily accessible storage will help organize the supportive materials and items for my students, who are newcomer immigrants from Mexico and Columbia.

Inclusive items such as books in Spanish, ways to organize a library, and materials to help give them more organized access to items to support their learning. Items like books, games, and reading materials are just for me. Items specific to our Spanish-speaking students will help to support their learning needs in the classroom and make our classroom and give them an area where they can access the materials more efficiently. This will help make our classroom more inclusive for our newcomers.

Reading books in Spanish will help give them more reading choices during silent reading times in the classroom. Rolling carts will help organize their learning materials, books, and other necessary items and give them easy access to them when needed.
