My students are such avid readers! It excites me to see just how excited they are about reading without being assigned to read! They are constantly asking to check books out and are always engaged in the books they choose.
My Project
My students are very creative and will be not only developing strong skills in vocabulary, comprehension, and decision making by having a collection of nonfiction books and graphic novels, but hey will demonstrate their vocabulary, comprehension, and decision making skills in class when reading the interactive history books as a part of their social studies curriculum. They will also be creating 3D images of people, places, and other objects from around the world with the 3D image pens to display in the classroom and in display cases throughout the school building.
