My Students

Hello from the students of Bayview in San Francisco! We're over halfway through the school year and something I've learned about my sixth grade students is that they love games and competition almost as much as I do. In addition to their book library, I want to provide them with a game board library!

My Project

Over the past 5 months I've learned how much my students love games and friendly competition. I have loved board games all of my life and want to spread that love to my all of my students, especially those who don't have access to as many board games at home. I want to provide them with the best board game library ever! I believe that board games can teach important life skills such as fairness, communication, and collaboration. I asked my homeroom students to brainstorm their favorite games and this is what we came up with. Any donation is appreciated!
