This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With in 6th grade and really in our day and age of technology. Having test read aloud to them and instructions being told. It can be very distracting having a class of 20+ students with all their volume on. How could the students focus or even hear what is being asked of them?

"For many K-5 teachers across the country, one clear, affordable and easy solution has presented itself: headphones." Help me and my students minimize chatter and distraction.

Help us as a class to increase our focus, concentration and keep us all on task! These headphones will also encourage my students to be empowered learners and become more independent in their learning. If they feel like they have some control over what they’re doing and how they’re learning, they may be more likely to take initiative and be engaged in their own education.
