This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having snacks available for my students is about so much more than just food — it’s about motivation, encouragement, and making sure they feel supported! A lot of students come to school without eating, and it’s tough to focus when you're running on empty. That’s where our snack bar comes in! Students earn tickets through participation, good behavior, and effort, and they use those tickets to “buy” snacks. It’s a fun reward system that keeps them engaged and excited to learn! A simple snack can turn a tough day around and bring a big smile to a student’s face. With your help, we can keep the positive energy flowing and make every day a little brighter for our kids!
