My Project

My students are English language learners and can often celebrate alone with no one to celebrate them on their birthdays.

I am determined to provide each of my students with a small token of acknowledgement, joy, and support on their birthdays so they know that they are seen and loved.

These birthday bags will be filled with everyone's favorites; Takis, Lucas Chamoy, gummy bears, suckers and gum. While it might seem small, it will make a meaningful and lasting impact to give students a birthday gift; it might be the only one they get. While they deserve so much more, this will be like gold!
