This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to read and they love to learn about real people in history. Books from the series Ordinary People Changed the World series would pair amazingly with our CKLA knowledge program.

These stories will appeal to my young readers through their fun illustrations and are written in as an engaging story teaching about the historical figure.

The laminator will allow me to laminate math games, number lines, graphic organizers, and word work mats so that they can be reused over and over. Finally the small Play-Dohs will be a great addition to our prize bin.
