Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work at a Title 1 school where students in my 4th-grade classroom would benefit from doing art projects as a creative outlet.

These art materials will make a difference in my class because I will have the students use paint and construction paper to create various art projects throughout this year that they may not have had the opportunity to learn elsewhere.

I feel that older kids need to be exposed to art as well. For example, I would love to study artists and mediums to create art in my classroom, so students are exposed and have a well-rounded education.
