Big, Beautiful Bookmarks Laminated by Students

My Project

Our students are always eager to check out books from the Library. Currently, we print bookmark designs from the Internet, or cut out strips of scratch paper or even use post-its for bookmarks, but these get crumpled or fall out of the students' books easily.

With our Big, Beautiful, Bookmarks project, students will create quality bookmarks for the books they check out from our Library.

They will be proud of their bookmarks and our books will last longer, due to less spine and page damage.

We need a variety of pre-printed and color-in bookmarks along with a laminator and lamination sheets, so that students can create their own personal bookmarks that will last through multiple readings. Student volunteers will be trained on how to use the new laminator, and will serve as mentors for other students using the laminator.

Mr. Tobias will only receive his materials if this project is fully funded by February 19.
