Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A lot of students who I work with simply cannot learn by sitting still. Movement- in their bodies increases focus.

Many of the students who visit our resource center are neurodivergent and require more movement and accommodation to help their brain function at its highest capability.

The students who come to our center have higher needs. They are referred to us by their classroom teachers because they need additional academic assistance. The flexible seating such as the wobble chairs, balance balls, wiggle seats, and beanbag chairs will help my students reach their potential, learn grade-level material successfully, and thrive. Giving students the tools they need to learn can change the world.
