My Students

I have a classroom full of 31 inquisitive 3rd graders. We are part of a new school, and although the resources are limited, my students are full of ambition, creativity, and a love for knowledge.

My students see a world rapidly changing before their eyes.

A product of uncertainty is curiosity, and my students want to find answers to difficult questions. As an educator, it is my responsibility to assist my students in finding resources that will enable them to advocate for themselves and others. As we acknowledge and celebrate our differences while finding common ground in our shared humanity, we will build a rich and diverse classroom community and seek to make a better world!

I love teaching, and I love my students. They are the reason I continue to acquire the resources they need to thrive and be successful.

My Project

Help give my students the supplies needed to have the "Best Year EVER!" There will be attention getters, reading incentives, and adventure.

Students will be given the opportunity to explore the world.

We will "travel" around the world learning about different cultures while building reading skills.

Students will also be immersed into learning with a room transformation. "Come One, Come All" and learn in the Circus! Students will be learning and growing all while being surrounded by circus fun.
