Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our classroom received a donation of a Cricut Maker 3 and recently had a heat press, opening up exciting opportunities for creativity in our STEM curriculum. To fully utilize these tools, we need T-shirts, weeding tools, and vinyl. With your help, we can provide students with hands-on projects that integrate art and technology, fostering a deeper understanding of STEM concepts while encouraging their creative expression.
The benefits of incorporating creativity into the STEM classroom are numerous.
By engaging in creative projects, students develop critical thinking skills as they problem-solve and innovate. Additionally, working with tools like the Cricut Maker 3 and the heat press allows students to explore real-world applications of STEM principles in fields such as graphic design, manufacturing, and engineering.
