My Project

My students come from all walks of life. Some come from the average house and family, others come from the homeless shelter down the street. Each student in my room faces their own unique challenges both inside and outside of the school building. Some can sit still and read all day while others like to get up and move around to play!

Giving my students this opportunity to choose a space to learn that is comfortable and inviting is my goal!

I believe that all students should have an equal right to learn and engage through the day and for some that may be difficult if they are bound to a hard chair and desk all day long.

I would love this flexible seating option in my room for those that may be having a rough morning and just need a place to get comfy and acclimated for the day. Or for the student that has been doing a wonderful job all day long to go over and get comfy with a buddy to continue learning as a reward.

No matter the situation my students and their success is my number one goal and I would love to provide them with every opportunity imaginable to see them soar and rise above whatever challenges they are facing outside of my classroom!
