Regardless of their environment, my students want to learn.

My school is located in North Philadelphia, where all of the students receive free breakfast and lunch. Regardless of their community they are little sponges ready to soak up anything that is taught to them.

My Project

This is my first year being the Digital Literacy teacher in person at an inner city elementary school. I have been doing my best to equip my computer classroom with the proper equipment to make it a fully function computer lap. I am fortunate enough to have had a Donors Choose project completely funded for 20 new keyboards and mice which me and my students are so grateful for. Now I am trying to get enough working headphones for them. These students deserve to be able to hear everything clearly.
