Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is two fold because I have two new task to instill upon my students this year .
First, the cute pencils,stress balls, and water games the student win through a point system call PBIS.
This is a behavior incentive to do the right thing.
Also the inflatables and atlases are going to be used for a additional class I am going to teach this year. World Geography. I love geography. One thing I have found to always be the case. Middle school students do not know direction. I do a hands on assignment with Longitude an Latitude use the inflatables an the atlas's. Student love these activities. Make it fun an they remember!. The goal of course is to help them understand north south east and west throughout our world by using these tools. Although they may be at an awkward stage, they still love to learn new things.
