This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are in need of critical thinking math games. I will use these games during indoor recess and math workstation time. These games will help with counting, taking turns, and critical thinking skills. I want children to know that there are games out there that are not on their cell phone. I bought a pop it game and dominoes and taught the kids how to play them this week and it has been the biggest hit in the classroom. I think the students will really enjoy playing these old school games.
