Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students have so many challenges that they are faced with on a daily basis, yet they continue to persevere and push themselves to reach their full potential. Our goal is to further students' math understanding, fluency, and confidence through school and district wide competitions. The Magnetic Tiles, Marble Run sets, gears, and brain games will provide our students with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they need in order to strengthen their content knowledge.
Rewarding those students who are pushing themselves to reach above and beyond their goals allows us to show everyone that hard work pays off!
Our hope for these students is that these learning kits will serve as a reminder to continue their journey in education and beyond!
