Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, students have class jobs for a month. They pick their job for the month and must be the student model on the desired behavior and how they should organize. Each student has a job in the classroom. At times, students tend to forget their role in the classroom.

Even if we want them to do the right thing, fourth-grade students need motivation to keep working hard and stay on track.

They will get classroom dollars if they have been doing their job and showing responsibility. Students will be able to use their money in the class store. The older students love the Squishmallows and erasable pens.

We also need some updated items for our calm corner in the classroom to keep students feeling safe.
